Stop Losing Work You Already Won.

I build the system that answers your phone, replies to your leads and files the paperwork — running every hour of every day, without you. Live in two weeks, and you own it outright.

You see it working on your own data before you pay a thing.

The CRM
Out of dateNobody owns it

One customer. Four places. Nobody in charge.

[ The problem ]

The work is already coming in. It's leaking on the way through.

One part-time admin costs about $18,000 a year and still can't answer the phone at 2am. The system costs a fraction of that, works every hour, and you keep it.

[ Two ways I help ]

Two ways I help

  1. Build it once, properly.
  2. Keep it running for you.

Some businesses need the system built first. Others already have the pieces and need someone to run them. I do both.

Build first2 weeks, typical

Build the system

For missed calls, retyped data, leads going cold and jobs nobody followed up. I build it inside the tools you already pay for, then hand it over.

[ The solution ]

Every job becomes a step something else does.

The call, the enquiry, the form, the new customer. Each one triggers a system that checks, decides, acts and writes it down — and messages you the moment anything needs a human.

What comes in
  • A phone call
  • A website enquiry
  • A WhatsApp message
  • A new booking
  • A form submission
What the system does
  • AnswersIn seconds, in your voice
  • ChecksWho they are, what they need
  • DecidesBook, transfer, reply or flag
  • Asks youOnly if it must
  • Writes it downEverywhere it belongs
What you get
  1. 1Appointment in the calendar
  2. 2Customer texted a confirmation
  3. 3CRM updated, no typing
  4. 4Follow-up already scheduled
  5. 5You notified, if it matters

[ What I build ]

Four systems, priced before you call.

Each price is the starting point for a working system you own outright. No licence, no per-seat fee, and the monthly is optional.

01from $1,500

It answers the phone

Picks up every call, books the appointment, puts real customers through to you and texts them a confirmation. Including at 2am.

  • Never sends a caller to voicemail
  • Books straight into your calendar
  • Every call logged and readable

VAPI · Twilio · your CRM

02from $500

It does the busywork

The copying, chasing and filing your team does by hand, done automatically. It runs daily and messages you if anything breaks.

  • Connects the tools you already pay for
  • Sends the follow-ups nobody has time for
  • Typically saves 15+ hours a week

n8n · Make · your existing tools

03from $900

It replies for you

Answers customer questions from your own price list and FAQs, and hands the tricky ones to a person with the history attached.

  • Answers from your material, not guesswork
  • Escalates anything it isn't sure about
  • Handles 60–80% of routine questions

Claude · OpenAI · your knowledge base

04from $1,200

It finds you customers

Finds businesses that match your best clients, writes each one a personal email, and keeps following up until they reply.

  • Builds the list for you, every week
  • Personal emails, not templates
  • Alerts you the moment someone bites

Claude · Apify · your inbox

Also building custom CRMs, internal dashboards and marketing websites — from $3,000. Monitoring and updates afterwards are $300–$800 a month, and always optional.

[ The two-week build ]

You watch it work before you pay.

Nothing here needs you to be technical, and nothing is billed until you've seen it running on your own data.

  1. Day 0

    A free 15-minute call

You tell me what eats the most time. I tell you honestly whether it's worth automating — sometimes it isn't.

  2. Day 3–5

    A working version

Built on your real data, not a demo. You try it yourself. Nothing has been billed at this point.

  3. Day 5–12

    We fix what's wrong

You run it on real work for a week. I sort out every edge case you hit until it's boring.

  4. Day 14

    It's yours

Handed over with plain-English instructions and a screen recording, plus 30 days of support included.

[ Selected work ]

Three jobs, start to finish.

Twenty-five systems are live. These three show the shape of the work best.

Ameritex Flag and Flagpole · Texas, US

Every call now gets answered, including the ones nobody was there for.

A voice agent picks up the phone, quotes prices, takes orders, answers questions about flagpoles and passes on anything it shouldn't handle itself. In the fortnight measured here it answered 103 calls with nobody there to help it.

VAPI · Twilio · n8n

  • 103calls in 14 days
  • 1 in 7outside office hours
  • $21.62total cost to run it

Marketing agency · OLM Media

Was running the whole business across three separate tools.

Replaced with one system that finds leads, qualifies them, onboards new clients, runs the email follow-ups, flags customers about to leave and writes their ad copy.

crm.olm.media · n8n · OpenAI · Stripe

  • 6parts running live
  • 40–60%less time spent
  • 3paid tools cancelled

Recruiter · TheHospitalityWorker

Couldn't interview everyone who applied.

Candidates apply, get an interview link by email and text, and speak to an AI interviewer on video. The recording saves itself and the team reviews only the people worth their time.

[ Your industry ]

Pick yours. This is what I’d set up first.

Seven kinds of business are already running these systems. If yours is on the list, most of the thinking is done — the same build adapts to your tools in about two weeks.

First build for a law firm
  • A receptionist that answers every call — including the ones after your office closes
  • Looks the caller up in your CRM and puts real clients through to a lawyer
  • Books consultations, texts confirmations, logs every call so you can read it later

Already running at SJ Law, Kansas — “our attorneys never miss a lead”

Not on the list? The parts are the same — a phone that answers itself, paperwork that files itself, follow-ups that send themselves. Tell me what your week looks like on the call. Book it →

[ Questions ]

The things people ask before they book.

Anything not here, ask me on the call. I'd rather talk you out of a bad automation than sell you one.

How long does it take?

Something working in 3–7 days and the finished system in about two weeks. Bigger builds with several moving parts run three to five weeks.

What do you need from me?

Access to the tools you already use, and fifteen minutes to walk me through how the job is done today. I handle everything else, including writing it all down for your team.

What if it breaks?

Every build includes 30 days of support. After that, monitoring and fixes are $300–$800 a month if you want them. I'd recommend it for anything answering live calls, and it's genuinely optional for everything else.

Can I see it work before I pay?

Yes, and I'd rather you did. I build a working version on your real data first. You only commit once you've watched it do the job end to end.

Do I need to be technical?

No. Most of my clients aren't. You get plain-English instructions and a screen recording, and if you'd rather never look at it again, that's fine too. It's built to run without you.

Who am I actually hiring?

Me. I'm Abdullah, based in Islamabad and working US, UK and EU hours. I've shipped 25+ of these for 20+ businesses, on my own and inside three agencies. I do the setup, the testing and the handover myself, so there's nobody to explain your business to twice. AWS and n8n certified.

[ Start here ]

Find out what one hour of your week is worth.

Fifteen minutes, free. I'll find the one job worth automating first and show you exactly how it would work. No slides and no pitch — you keep the plan either way.
